Just set up your server as a primary server for the domain name in
question and enter whatever IP address you like.  Any users on your
WAN that rely on your server for DNS resolution will be pointed at the
IP address that you've designated, effectively hiding the real
address.  Of course, if the clients were to point themselves at an
outside DNS server for resolution they'll end up at the real IP
address.  Don't forget to also set up any secondary servers being used
on the WAN to get this domain from the primary.
