nslookup fails on newly added zones.

Hi again,

I have been going over this multiple times and have the main domain
resolving.  I added a new zone and it seems to load ok from named.conf
except nslookup fails with an Unspecified error, and the message logs tells
me the following after failing nslookup.

Aug 18 07:33:20 hostname named[21303]: unapproved AXFR from
[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx].1187 for "domain.com" (not auth)


any help is greatly needed and appreciated.
