nslookup on root-servers

Hi all.

I'm running Bind 8.2. on a RH 5.2 (kernel 2.2.10)

When I try to look up some .com names using nslookup, I can't find them.

Example:
nslookup deja.com works fine, but nslookup www.deja.com doesn't find
anything.
nslookup hotmail.com works, but not nslookup www.hotmail.com.
nslookup www.microsoft.com works fine!

Does anybody know, what the problem is??
