Compile Problem with Bind 8.2.1 on Linux Redhat 6.0

I have searched the ISC site & Deja, but have not seen a solution...

Linux Redhat 6.0
bind 8.2.1
egc-2.91.66

I'm getting an error message during make when it tries to compile
herror.c:
