A number of dynamic DNS aliasing services exist that will give you a
static alias to your dynamic IP address.  A reasonably complete and
up-to-date list can be found at http://www.oth.net/dyndns.html.  Different
services offer different features and have different costs associated with
them, and there are some (like dyndns.org, which I personally am
affiliated with) which are totally free.  Hope this helps.
