Domain non-existent

pridns.cyberway.com.sg thinks it's authoritative for the GOV.SG domain, but
it has an old version of the domain that doesn't include the delegation
records for sgnews.gov.sg (it has serial number 1999080207, versus
1999081207 on pridns.gov.sg).
