[Kea-users] Possible to have no dhcp pool (only static reservations)

hi all,

is it possible to only configure static leases?

When there is no static configuration, the client will not get an ip (and thus have no connection)

could I leave out "pools": [ { "pool": "xxx - xxx" } ], ?
