Thanks Darren,

I am trying this way: Declaring the sub-option at the global level and
value with vendor op
 "option-def": [
        {
            "code": 1,
            "array": false,

        }]

Within the subnet section the option value and followed by
vendor-encapsulated-options def(without this line I still don't see the
values in the DHCPACK packet)

                    "space": "vendor-encapsulated-options-space"
                },{"name": "vendor-encapsulated-options"}
