[Kea-users] Debian Packages for KEA 2.0

Hey Chris,

I worked on overhauling the ISC packaging during the 2.3 release cycle
so that packages we build have the same subpackages on each distribution
that we support. Prior to Kea 2.3.2, on Debian derivative systems, the
open source hooks are contained in the isc-kea-common package, as Damyan
pointed out.

You can learn more about this packaging overhaul in the KB, but
shouldn't have to worry about it until Kea 2.4.0, unless you plan on
using the experimental release.

Find the link here: https://kb.isc.org/docs/upgrading-beyond-kea-232

There is also some wording about these changes in the Installation
section of the latest ARM.

Please let me know if this information is helpful, and if you find it to
be complete or not.

Thank you,
Dan Theisen
