[Kea-users] valid-lifetime is short than preferred lifetime

Preferred lifetime needs to be somewhat lower than valid lifetime:

"valid-lifetime": 86400,
"preferred-lifetime": 79200,

I would not set (at least while you are trying to resolve this):
>> "min-valid-lifetime": 86400,
>> "max-valid-lifetime": 86400,
>> "renew-timer": 32400,
>> "rebind-timer": 48600,

I'm not completely sure that:

have any meaning in kea DHCPv6.
