[Kea-users] Error message while loading....

Good morning,

I am rebuilding my test bed to work with Kea-2.1.4 branch.  I have downloaded the tar ball from isc.org.

I get my environment setup and config pgsql server and am going through './configure', 'make', 'make install' for the software.

When I launch the 'kea-dhcp4 -c /user/local/etc/kea/kea-dhcp4.conf', I received the following error:

kea-dhcp4: error while loading shared libraries: libkea-dhcpsrv.so.65: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

However, I have located the file in the correct location and with the proper permissions:

ls /usr/local/lib/libkea-dhcpsrv* -lla

I have recompiled and reinstalled the software from a new download of the tarball, and am having the same results.  By the way, this is a new install and config of my test server with Ubuntu server 20.04.4, with all patches available installed.

Suggestions of where I should look for additional information is appreciated.
