[Kea-users] Systemd dependencies for databases

Hello,

I currently testing kea with Postgres and have both running in the same 
container. If I reboot the container Kea starts before Postgres and fails and 
I have to do a restart dance with all the kea and stork services. 

Is there a way to get Kea to wait for DB startup? There's no obvious systemd 
target. I'm using the ubuntu packages on 20.04.
