[Kea-users] lease4-add command not supported

The most likely culprit is that you did not add the Lease Cmds hook 
library to kea-dhcp4 server's configuration:

       {
         "library": "<your-hooks-directory-here>/libdhcp_lease_cmds.so",
         "parameters": { }
       },
