[Kea-users] How to disable dhcp6?

Hello,

This server is a Debian 10, and I installed the repo then the packages 
'isc-*...'

So there is no keactrl (as stated in the doc, as systemctl does the 
same), thus there neither is no /usr/local/etc/kea directory.

Might some Stork dev answer please?
