[Kea-users] Kea 1.4.0-P1-3 kea-ctrl-agent crashing on Ubuntu 18.10

Hi,

After fixing my configuration I have found that the kea-ctrl-agent is 
now crashing regularly on Ubuntu 18.10

I do think the manuals for Kea could be improved particularly with 
working examples HA configurations.
