[Kea-users] kea 1.4 Segmentation fault

On CentOS 7.5 trying to run kea 1.4 and getting the following error:

     [root at kea-dhcp ~]# keactrl start
     INFO/keactrl: Starting /usr/local/sbin/kea-dhcp4 -c 
/usr/local/etc/kea/kea-dhcp4.conf
     /usr/local/sbin/keactrl: line 114:  3705 Segmentation fault 
${full_command}

In /var/log/messages:

     Sep 26 13:21:02 kea-dhcp systemd: Starting Session 4 of user root.
     Sep 26 13:21:15 kea-dhcp kernel: kea-dhcp4[3705]: segfault at 0 ip 
00007f748ecddaf1 sp 00007ffd47810150 error 4 in 
libkea-dhcp++.so.8.0.0[7f748ec6c000+eb000]

Any suggestions on what could be?
