Trying to configure Kea 1.4 on CentOS 7 (using MySQL)

Server details:
     CentOS 7.5.1804 (Core)
     Linux 3.10.0-862.11.6.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Aug 14 21:49:04 UTC
2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Packages installed:
botan-1.10.17-1.el7.x86_64 already installed and latest version
botan-devel-1.10.17-1.el7.x86_64 already installed and latest version
boost-1.53.0-27.el7.x86_64 already installed and latest version
boost-devel-1.53.0-27.el7.x86_64 already installed and latest version
boost-thread-1.53.0-27.el7.x86_64 already installed and latest version
     boost-filesystem-1.53.0-27.el7.x86_64 already installed and latest
version
log4cplus-1.1.3-0.4.rc3.el7.x86_64 already installed and latest version

Tried the following commands:
./configure --with-mysql=/usr/bin/mysql_config
--with-log4cplus=/opt/log4cplus/ --with-boost-include=/usr/include
--with-botan-config=/usr/bin/botan-config-1.10
./configure --with-mysql=/usr/bin/mysql_config
--with-log4cplus=/opt/log4cplus/ --with-botan-config=/usr/bin/botan-conf
./configure --with-mysql=/usr/bin/mysql_config
--with-log4cplus=/opt/log4cplus/ --with-boost-include=/usr/include
./configure
./configure --with-mysql=/usr/bin/mysql_config
--with-log4cplus=/opt/log4cplus/

And all end with "configure: error: Missing required header files."

Attaching the config.log to see if anyone can give me a heads up.
