Hi all,

the Debian team has finally changed the owner:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=903465

1.4.0 is finally in sid:
https://packages.debian.org/sid/kea-dhcp4-server

You might contact the new owners of the packages to merge your efforts?

Kevin
