The thing is, I'm specifying a database name in the config:

    "lease-database": {
        // Memfile is the simplest and easiest backend to use. It's a
in-memory
        // C++ database that stores its state in CSV file.
        "type": "mysql"
    },

    "hosts-database": {
        "type": "mysql",
        "name": "dhcp",
        "user": "dhcp",
        "password": "emailpasswordhuehue",
        "host": "10.98.17.104",
        "port": 3306
    },
