[Kea-users] Install Kea DHCP in CentOS7

Thank you for the reply . However I managed to fixed the issue by installing the pkg manually. 
tar xzf log4cplus-1.2.0.tar.gz cd log4cplus-1.2.0
 ./configure --prefix=/opt/log4cplus   make  make install
