[Kea-users] Running perfDHCP with interface in a bridge

Note I already had some troubles on a Linux box with dnsmasq and
another DHCP agent running together. BTW the problem is not dnsmasq
but the Linux kernel which has its own and very broken way to
implement SOREUSEADDR so there is no good solution (other than
to change the port but if it is possible in a lab this option
is not available in production).

Thanks

PS: on both BSD and Linux if there is a conflict an error is raised.
When you set SOREUSEADDR BSD tries to solve the conflict and still
raises an error if it is not possible (for instance same address,
protocol and port), Linux just no longer checks for the conflict
and one of the two applications will get all the traffic.
BSD has SOREUSEPORT too which duplicates multicast traffic.

PPS: perfdhcp was designed to be run on a different box
then the server.
