[Kea-users] show-leases script updated for 1.0.0-beta

The show-leases script I wrote was downloaded a couple dozen times since
I wrote it for 0.9.2.   So I updated it to handle the new memfile format
present in 1.0.0-beta.

The output is the same as before, with the addition of a State column at
the end of the row.
