Problem with DHCP during boot - Devuan Beowulf

Hi SImon,

I'm no Devuan expert, but your suggestion seems reasonable.

Is there some Debian interface config left behind that needs to be
removed? Perhaps the upgrade wasn't perfect and should have cleaned this
up? Without systemd I guess it is using the sysv scripts, so look in
/etc/init.d for things that call dhcp and also in the runtime
directories (/etc/rc*.d usually) to see if there is something that needs
to be unlinked?
