pool 'name'

Is ISC-DHCP have a mechanism of 'pool-name' ?

Basicaly, I want to do things like
http://jona.me/2012/09/23/mikrotik-dhcp-freeradius-unlang/ , but replace
Mikrotik's DHCP with simple linux box with ISC-DHCP server.
