Serving AFTR name or address to ds-lite client by custom dhcp6 options

Forgot to mention that I am running isc-dhcpd-4.3.1 on Debian.

I discovered that this version already supports the dhcp6.aftr-name
option natively, so I removed the option definition line.

No change.

Still hoping for help... :)
