Edit DHCP Circuit-id in option 82

Hi,using DHCP 4.2.3-P2 .We  receive option 82 from DHCP relay agent with Circuit-id has ":"
 characters and spaces, can we replace those colons and spaces  with slash "/", we need to use circuit-id received in option 82 to send option 43 as URL like the following
 format:"http://<ip_address>:6565/xxx/0/6/0/15/2/90/1101" 
I need  help to  replace the invalid characters by our
 DHCP server before sending it to CPE.
