That's a good idea.. I try it montay, as long as failover is impossible to configured.

Hi,
can't you just configure 2 servers with different priorities? Clients get 2 answers but will choose the one with the higher preference value. If the "master" has gone they still get the answers from the "slave". See RFC 3315 22.8.
