DHCP Server not sending offers!

please make sure that firewall is not blocking the messages on the redhat server. Stop the firewall and check it out.

#iptables -L

#service iptables stop

My dhcp version : V3.0.5-RedHat

Clients and server operating system : fedora and redhat respectively.

@Bruce, exactly, I'm searching where the buttleneck is. But it is on the server, sure. Client has no problem.

Are the dhcp server and clients physical systems or virtual? What
operating system are the server and clients?

What version is dhcpd? This will be in the startup message in the logs, of
use dhcpd --version

What happens if you comment out one of the host statements so that the
client gets a dynamic lease?
