DHCP Server not sending offers!

Hi Sten,

My dhcp version : V3.0.5-RedHat

Clients and server operating system : fedora and redhat respectively.

@Bruce, exactly, I'm searching where the buttleneck is. But it is on the
server, sure. Client has no problem.
