no IPv6 prefix pools on this shared network

Hi,

     I have installed isc-dhcp-server in Ubuntu 12.04 for dhcpv6,it's 
working fine for systems but when I was trying to connect my cisco 
wireless router(e900)it's not getting ipv6 address from my dhcp server.i 
have check syslog in my server it's showing following error message.

        ERROR :  Unable to pick client prefix: no IPv6 prefix pools on 
this shared network

Please help to solve this issue.
