do not respond to DHCPINFORM requests

Yes, that would be perfect, but unfortunately Windows has no use for such
info and simply drops it. Doesn't even cache it.

'Option hostname' is configured and used to work perfectly with DHCPINFORM
before I switched to CentOS 6.4 with its ISC DHCP server.
