Running DHCPv6 relay without interfaces

Hi All,
I have a doubt regarding DHCPv6 relay. Can we able to run DHCPv6 without mentioning interfaces?. Because for my requirement I need to run DHCPv6 relay without mentioning interfaces.

Since my device I have  one default device eth0 only.  Can I able to run DHCPv6 relay with single interface or without interface?
If somebody help to this issue that would be great help for me.
