Switch a client to fixed pool after dynamic ip delegation

We face this problem too. In some situations,
it is resolvable by setting the pool
to 'deny unknown clients'. If the MAC
address also appears somewhere else in
your DHCP config, e.g. on another subnet,
this idea has problems.
Having two pools, one for 'known' and the
other for 'unknown' won't solve the problem
but could reduce occurrences.

Defining a class for the subnet and
using it for all hosts with
IP addresses in that subnet and
having the pool deny hosts in that
class addresses the issue at the cost
of more configuration.
