Multiple IP's

I have a DHCP server requirement whereby we have to have multiple IP
addresses that the DHCP process is listening on.  In addition, the equipment
which is sending the DHCP request relay requires the response to come from
the original IP address to which it is sent.  The problem comes in when we
use multiple addresses on the same NIC.  More often than not it comes from
the primary IP address.  Is there a way to force the daemon to send the
response from the appropriate address?
