Dhcpv6 fixed-address6 hardware ethernet

If you control the network (as in the network is self contained and
isolated) then RADVD may work to give you the correct announcements, but my
guess is if this has been added to a live network those packets have been
dropped by the real router. Contact your network administrator and work
with them to enable DHCPv6 support on the actual router.
