No.

But depending on the client behaviour, setting it to 0 or a null string 
("") may have the same effect. It really depends on how the client behaves.

Since you want to do it for a whole subnet you could use a group 
statement around all the other subnets and set the option inside that 
group. It's not a general solution, but it may work in this particular case.
