LDAP config for dhcpd allows you to dynamically scan ldap tree for dhcphost 
records when a request for address on network interface is received.

these things well documented in manuals

Not sure for sublclasses but hosts searched every time, until you direct 
server to go statically (e.g. read them once at startup).
