Broken IPv6 dhcp clients

Some further info.  The printer is a CP2025dn. It was sending requests slightly less than 1 sec apart, since this morning it has sent 250K+ !!

Interrogating the printer remotely, it had received and believed it had a valid IPv6 address.  Rebooting the device did not change the behavior.

Only option at that point was to disable IPv6. Problem gone but not solved :-(

A second device doing exactly the same thing was an APC UPS's network management card.  Disabling IPv6 was the only solution again.
