Issue with dhcpd6 and range6

This is the first effort to set up an IPV6 network. Trying to implement
the equivalent of a 10.2.2.0 network. Name services work both forward
and reverse and static dhcp addresses are not complained about. Just do
not seem to be able to get the dynamic addresses to work.

subnet6 fe80::a02:200/120 {
    range6 fe80::a02:241 fe80::a02:254;

Get the following messages:
dhcpd: mark_hosts_unavailable: host address is not 128 bits.

Another general question is we have not located a list of valid options
for dhcpd6. We do see the man page has information but sometimes it is
easier to just see a list. This is being set up on a Fedora 16 system
using dhcp 4.2.3-6.P2.
