Network Address getting assigned to client and ping not working (ver 4.2.2)

Hi,
> Your internet ISP however may be filtering the addresses.. which was our case for anything .0 and .255 on the class C boundary despite the fact that we have a Class B space.

..and if our ISP did that we'd leave them and go to a new ISP. fortunately
WE are the ISP for these clients :-)
