Adding route to ipv6 router who received delegated prefix

That much is clear. The missing part is figuring out what "on event" to
use for a prefix delegation, for an ipv6 address delegation, and what
data expressions

a) identify the id of the client (same between the client's address
delegation event and it's prefix delegation event)
b) identify the delegated prefix (in the case of prefix delegation)
c) identify the assigned address (in the case of address assignment)

Perhaps either an example in the documentation or a list of events and
variables would help?
