Not a valid DHCPv6 packet

Hi Cathy
By mistake I have done that. Anyway thanks for creating a new thread for my
query.
And yes, I am using HP's DHCPv6 product. Although this may not be a correct
forum to ask queries for this product yet I thought if somebody can help.
Here is the scenario:
--> There are two systems (say A and B) and they are on the same domain.
--> System-A is configured as DHCPv6 server (it started successfully as I
can see in /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log).
--> On system-B I tried to configure LAN0 for IPv6 (LAN0 is already up with
an IPv4 IP address) using dhcpv6config utility which reads
/etc/rc.config.d/netconf-ipv6 file and start DHCPv6 client daemon to fetch
an IPv6 address and other configuration parameters for LAN0 from the
server.
--> Here are the logs:
On System-A: (DHCPv6 Server)
/> grep "dhcpv6d" /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log

Really appreciate if someone can look into this or give me some other links

Hello M Kaushal,
Is this from a build of ISC DHCP or HP's DHCPv6 product? It seems to me
from the daemon name in the logfiles that it's HP's proprietary version.
(Plus I don't recognise the error messages or find them in ISC's DHCP
source code).
By the way, I've started a new thread/subject with my reply - it's not
good practice to start a new topic in reply to another topic's posting.
Cathy
