dhclient action on end leasetime

hello,

everytime the leasetime of my ip expires, dhclient deconfigures my
interface, query from a new ip (which will be always the same, due to dhcp
server configuration)  and reconfigure it.

the problem is that this makes my ssh connection to freeze while the
proccess goes. on a small lease time, it becames annoying.  wouldn't be
smart if it only deconfigures my interface if the ips are different?

i've tried with dhcpcd and it seems do work that way.
