Constant DHCP requests...

I have seen this sort of behavior.  I believe there was a bug a couple of years ago in IOS on the catalyst 3750, but I don't recall the version with the problem.  

I believe the symptom had to do with multicast Mac addresses, but I might be mixing it up with something else.
