OMAPI error after a DHCPDECLINE

Hello,

We had the following situation (see the log below):

A client (MAC: 00:f0:c9:a1:4d:2a ) declined the IP 192.168.0.115 and got 
another one 192.168.1.2. Till now it is ok.

After that, we used OMAPI to ask the DHCP server what IP address has the 
client with the MAC: 00:f0:c9:a1:4d:2a.
The answer was error 43 (ISC_R_MULTIPLE = 43).

Is this behavior normal?
