I don't follow. ISC bind already supports GSS-TSIG in both client and 
server mode (modulo some bugs in bind <= 9.7 with large tickets). An 
GSS-TSIG is documented in an informational RFC.

Surely it's just a matter of implementing it (non trivial) rather than 
knowing how to?
