IPv6 Bulk Leasequery Support

Hi,

Does ISC server support IPv6 bulk leasequery ?  I read through release notes
of 3.1, 4.1 and 4.2, all of them mentioned a "basic and partial support of
leasequery".  No further explanation regarding to the "basic and partial".
