Using OMAPI to add new subnet information

Hi,

     We are running DHCP server for internal network. Sometimes we 
assign a new network range to particular users. How to add those 
information into DHCP using OMAPI.  Still for I came across access 
lease, set address for particular mac-address whether it is possible to 
add a new subnet information dynamically using OMAPI.
