generic DHCP client

I used Net::DHCP Perl module available at
http://search.cpan.org/~shadinger/Net-DHCP-0.66/  <http://search.cpan.org/%7Eshadinger/Net-DHCP-0.66/>
to send LEASEQUERY messages to server.
