I think you needs quotes around "myscope" - the dhcp-options man page
defines this option as:
option slp-service-scope boolean text;
then a bit further back it says:
The text data type specifies an NVT ASCII string, which must
be enclosed in double quotes
So I think it should be
option slp-service-scope true "myscope";
but perhaps still a bug if incorrectly parsing it causes a cpu bound loop.
